WHEN IT’S TIME
When you should know it’s time to let go?
When staying has become an act of violence against yourself…
Do not ever be afraid to say goodbye.
Staying will seems like a
kindness, but is not && staying where you know you don’t belong isn’t a gift to anyone.
Security && stagnancy are easily confused. One feels safe && good, the other will keep you captive to a life too small for your HUGE spirits. Take note of your breath— is it expansive or constricted?
Your body language— do you expand or shrink to fit in a space?
Is your mind a place of fluidity && freedom? It’s the differences that will let you know. To stay in a life that is too confined for you doesn’t serve anyone.
&& if you ever come up on a crossroad between losing someone you love && losing yourself, choose to leave the love, no matter how painful or impossible it may seem.
Your spirit is the most precious thing you will carry && guard it with everything.
Never settle for living a version of your life designed by someone else. You are not here to be gatekeeper or the holder of secrets && shame. You are here to live free && clear && into your own truth.
Define your space. Remember your divinity.
You’re ALWAYS in choice. Choice isn’t a finite action, but it’s a way of being. It’s fluid && expansive && conscious. In each moment. Even when all doors appear to be closed && you can't identify any options && a pathway through— I promise, you are still in choice.
If ever, someone attempts to remove that choice from you— from your voice or your mind or your heart. Leave as fast && as powerful as you can.
&& do not look back.
